In speaking with then over the phone, I was able to send them my drawn plans and within a day received a product list of everything I'd need. When I was short a few pieces, a quick drive to their showroom had me back up and running in no time. From the initial call, to the delivery, the process was smooth and I'd recommend them to anyone.
